How it works
A useful result,
without the upload.
Turn JPG and PNG images into a single printable PDF with A4, US Letter or image-sized pages and configurable margins. The file is decoded and processed inside this browser tab, so File Preflight never receives its contents.
Worked example
Place six worksheet images on six A4 pages with 0.25 inch white margins.
How to use the Images to Printable PDF
- Choose multiple JPG or PNG images using the file picker.
- Select your preferred PDF page size (A4, Letter, or image-sized).
- Adjust the page margin in points (72 points = 1 inch).
- Click create to build a PDF with one image per page.
- Download the printable PDF and review the result.
What happens under the hood
This tool uses pdf-lib to create PDFs from images locally. Each image is embedded using pdf-lib's image embedding functions, fitted proportionally within the selected page size with configurable margins. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser without uploading files, preserving image quality while creating a printable document.
Before you send the file
- Images are fitted proportionally and never stretched.
- JPEG images are embedded efficiently; large PNG files can make a larger PDF.
- Verify orientation and margins in the downloaded file before printing.

What resolution is used for embedded images?
Images are embedded at their original resolution. No resizing occurs unless you preprocess images first.
Keep an untouched original and inspect the downloaded file before replacing any production asset. Closing this tab removes the selected files from the tool.
